The Right Truck Index
The first and most important component of a customized Full Service Lease Agreement involves the selection of the right truck. You can choose just about any truck on the road ... foreign or domestic. However, if you ask our opinion, we recommend any of the trucks that we sell including Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino, UD, and Workhorse. These trucks are available with a variety of engines, transmissions, truck bed sizes and Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR). Custom Body Design and Fabrication Index
Through its in-house Fabrication and Body Shop, Tri-County Truck will design and build a truck body to meet your exacting requirements. These bodies can be built from steel or aluminum, and can include special equipment like hydraulic dumps, lift gates, towing gear, hitches, etc.

Painting & Graphics Index
Your customized truck will be painted with your colors in our modern Brinks Spray Booth. It handles any color Imron and Algrip polyurethane paint. We can also reproduce any logo at any size on top quality vinyl and affix it to your truck. If you don't have a logo, or want to improve your corporate image, our graphics department can create a custom designed logo and/or truck graphics.

Preventive Maintenance Index
The major factor, which has gained Tri Leasing Corp. a reputation for being the most respected full service leasing firm, is its comprehensive preventive maintenance program. We engineer a plan that will keep your equipment in top running condition. Some of the features of this program include:

  • Computerized Tracking Program - Alerts us to the need for replacement parts before they fail.
  • Computerized Scheduling - Our computerized scheduling system keeps track of programmed maintenance schedules. When maintenance is due, we call your vehicle in for service.
  • 24 X 7, We Never Close! - Preventive maintenance and repairs are made to fit your schedule, not ours. We will schedule maintenance at 4 AM or a Sunday afternoon if that's the most convenient time for you.
  • On-Site Inspections - Our fleet of mobile repair vehicles make scheduled on-site preventive maintenance inspections and repairs for fleets of ten or more trucks.
  • State of the Art Diagnostics - Our specialized diagnostic equipment can analyze and detect potential equipment fatigue, needed adjustments or replacements before they cause problems.
  • Factory Trained Mechanics - Our truck mechanics know everything about your truck. They will do it quickly and right the first time.
  • In-house Specialists - We can fix a flat tire or rebuild an entire engine or body using in-house resources. You will never have to wait for a third party vendor or sub-contractor. We do it all.
  • Good Looks - Your vehicle is a reflection of your company. That's why we keep it looking good. Each time the truck is serviced, we wash it. If necessary, we will touch up the paint to not only keep the truck looking good, but to prevent rust. Our Wash Rack has the most modern equipment, your assurance that your logo and graphics will not be harmed.

Emergency Service Index
Tri Leasing Corp. takes every precaution to eliminate unpleasant surprises. However, with even the best preventive maintenance programs, failures will occur from time to time. During these times, our fleet of Mobile Service Vehicles is available 24 X 7 to respond to emergencies at you place of business, or on the road.

Tire Maintenance Index
Our in-house Tire Department sets a new standard for excellence. Unlike other truck leasing companies that must rely on subcontractors, we inventory every type of tire, mounted and ready to be placed on your vehicle in minutes. Our cellular Dispatched Service Fleet can respond to a flat tire in minutes. Available 24 X 7, our service trucks can be dispatched anywhere in South Florida. As part of our preventive maintenance program, we also monitor tread depth and order replacements at regular intervals. We also use matched tire sets for maximum fuel efficiency.

Replacement Parts Index
You will never hear excuses like, "We are waiting for the part to arrive". Our Parts Department carries almost every part for every truck that is under a full service lease agreement. If your truck is customized with specialized equipment, we will stock the parts required to keep the truck in service.

Fuel Index
Rising fuel costs can have an impact on your bottom line. Under Tri Leasing Corp's Full Service Lease Agreement, your fuel costs can be rolled into your monthly lease payment thereby helping to manage your cash flow.

Replacement and Extra Trucks Index
In the unlikely event that your truck is out of service, Tri Leasing Corp. will provide a suitable replacement from its fleet of rental trucks at no additional cost so that you are not shut down. During peak periods when you need more trucks, Tr-Truck Lease can provide additional trucks for a nominal fee.

Insurance Index
Included in your customized Full Service Agreement is Liability and Collision Insurance. This insurance provides comprehensive coverage as part of your normal monthly payment.

Driver Training Index
Your fleet's operation and success can only be as good as your drivers. That's why we've developed specialized training programs to qualify and upgrade your personnel. These courses cover:

  • Complete Safety Training - Developed by experts in the field of safety, this course is taught in our Pompano Beach, Florida facility.
  • Road Safety - Course covers skid control, accident prevention, good driving habits, fuel economy and much more.
  • Qualification and Upgrade - Drivers receive qualification to drive specific types of trucks upon successful completion of safety courses. Drivers are upgraded on a regular basis.
  • Ongoing Monitoring - Our computerized tracking program monitors the performance of your drivers in terms of safety and efficiency. Driver problems are flagged and steps taken to improve skills.

Compliance Index
Compliance with today's maze of legal requirements is a full time job. Our fully staffed compliance department, aided by computer tracking, handles the job quickly, simply and efficiently for you. This includes:

Reports Index
Our IBM network has the capacity to track every mile your vehicle travels. Our customized management reports are designed to automatically deliver vital information to you on a timely basis. With a terminal in every department, anyone in the company can quickly and easily get information about any truck. These reports include:

  • Vehicle In Service - These reports track a vehicle from the day it is placed in service until it is retired.
  • Vehicle Performance - These reports include preparation, preventive maintenance, long term performance, early warning systems, fuel efficiency, permitting, tire ware driving performance, and management information requirements.
  • Customized Reports - Any data in our system about your trucks can be formatted and printed on our laser printers to provide a customized report or chart.
