| The model 1990 is a high powered machine designed to chip large, crotchy material. This unit is bigger and more powerful than the 1890HD, featuring a 37 inch diameter by 26 inch wide drum.
The 1990 is built with a feed system that is powerful enough to pull whole trees into the chipper. This heavy-duty feed system features a 15 3/4 inch diameter top feed wheel, 10 5/8 inch diameter by 32 inch wide bottom feed wheel. The top feed wheel is chain driven, the infeed dimensions are 64 inches wide by 41 inches tall. With this heavy duty feed sytem and added width to the drum makes the 1990 a real work horse, reducing the need for trimming branches. The 1990 is also available with a loader or a rubber track undercarriage.
