| The Model 250 has become our most popular 12" diameter capacity hydraulic feed disc-style chippper. The unit has a wider chipper opening, bigger infeed chute and larger, more powerful hydraulic feed system. Thus, it has a greater ability to process limby material reducing the need to trim the material to be chipped.
The 250 has become the workhorse of the tree care industry. Because of the 250's productivity, reliability and versatility, tree care organizations who have multiple chippers will normally have one or several Model 250's in their fleet. There are now 20,000 12" units in operation and this unit is available as a PTO chipper, towable or self propelled. Rugged construction, a powerful feed system and large infeed opening are keys to this chipper's ability to process trees and brush with limited trimming.
