| The Model 280 is the most productive hand-fed chipper available. A great machine for those larger diameter, forked trees.
A large opening and powerful feed system allow this unit to chip limby, forked trees and those with multiple stems. A 45° angled feed provides economy and efficiency when chipping larger diameter materials. It is ideal for those involved in big tree takedowns and light land clearing. A more powerful hydraulic feed system was added in early 2000 that vastly improved its performance. This machine has been put "into motion" by way of a Caterpiller 305 rubber track undercarriage. This option comes with a tether and radio remote.
