Tri-County Hot Line ... No hassles!

The "Tri-County Hot Line" is an innovative new way for you to get FAST and complete answers to your questions without a big hassle.

When you click on the "Hot Line" button, which is shown on the left and appears on most web pages (See Browser Support), you will be presented with an on-line form where you will be asked for your name and phone number. There is also a field where you can ask a question or make a comment.

The call back by one of our experts will depend on when you click the Hot Line:

  • Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone) - Tri-County will usually call you with an answer to your question within a matter of minutes. During periods of peak activity, the call-back time may be as much as one hour.
  • After 6:00 PM on week days, weekends or holidays - Tri-County will call you within one hour of opening on the next regular business day. If you have a preferred time for the call, let us know.
